摘要
分析了大型汽轮发电机定子绕组端部的结构,建立了端部绕组的渐开线参数化表达式;采用Pro/E软件建立了发电机定子绕组端部的精确三维模型,给出了建模方法和关键步骤;通过Pro/E中的装配,该三维模型已成功导入ANSYS,并完成了模态分析,证明了该模型的有效性,为进一步的电磁分析、振动响应分析打下了良好的基础。
The geometric characteristics of tubine generator stator end-winding are analyzed and the parametric expressions of involute is established. The precise three-dimensional model of the stator windings is set up through Pro/E, and the methods and steps are also given. This three-dimensional model is successfully imported to ANSYS through assembly in Pro/E, completing a modal analysis to prove the validity of the model, which lays a good foundation of the later electromagnetic field analysis and vibration response analysis.
