铅系多层陶瓷电容器(MLCCs)三层镀失效机理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 从电化学的角度,解释了铅系多层陶瓷电容器(MLCCs)三层镀后低压失效的机理。通过SEM、EDS等分析手段,分析了三层镀过程中氢的析出对铅基陶瓷的还原作用。实验结果表明,电镀过程中析出的活性很高的氢原子能够很容易地穿透疏松结构的银端电极,并对陶瓷基体产生还原作用,导致陶瓷材料中出现金属态的铅,从而使陶瓷材料中参与导电的电子数目增多,降低陶瓷材料的绝缘性能,引起低压失效。
