摘要
为了研究汽车转弯工况下胎压对行驶稳定性参数的影响,通过奇瑞QQ汽车进行了转弯行驶道路试验。在传统稳定性参数的基础上,试验中将转向横拉杆力作为影响汽车行驶稳定性的因素之一。在不同位置车轮轮胎气压分别为210、168、135、80、60 kPa,车速分别为20、30、40、50、60 km/h的情况下,对四个行驶稳定性参数(侧向加速度、横摆角速度、侧倾角、转向横拉杆力)进行了试验研究。结果表明:车速对行驶稳定性参数的影响不显著,而胎压对稳定性参数的影响较大且两者基本上呈线性关系;内侧车轮胎压降低,四个行驶稳定性参数均随着胎压的降低呈增大趋势;外侧车轮胎压降低,侧向加速度和横摆角速度随着胎压的降低呈减小趋势,侧倾角和转向横拉杆力则随着胎压的降低呈增大趋势。在此结论的基础上,对试验数据进行了灵敏度分析,当内、外侧车轮胎压分别由210 kPa降为60 kPa时,内侧车轮的侧向加速度变化最灵敏,增加了约106%,外侧车轮的侧倾角变化最灵敏,增加了约61%。说明可以通过内侧车轮胎压异常控制侧向加速度,外侧车轮胎压异常控制侧倾角来减小车辆失控趋势。研究结果为车辆爆胎稳定性控制策略的研究提供了参考依据。
In order to study the influence of tire pressure on driving stability parameters at car vee- ring, the turning driving road test(TD test) of Chery QQ car was performed. Tie rod is one of the factors affecting the stability of vehicle in the test besides traditional stability parameter. Four driving stability parameters were tested with confined pressures of 210,168,135,105,80,60 kPa and speeds of 20,30,40,50,60 km/h, to determine the lateral acceleration, horizontal pendulum angular veloc- ity( HPAV), roll angel and tie rod force. Results showed that speed did not affect the car stability parameters significanly; tire pressure is proportional to stability parameters linearly; decline of the inside tire pressure (ITP) can increase four driving stability parameters; decline of the lateral tire pressure (LTP) can increase roll angel and tie rod force and decrease lateral acceleration and HPAV. On the basis of this conclusion, the sensitivity analysis of test data was done. It was found that when ITP and LTP decreased from 210 kPa to 60 kPa, the change of ITP lateral acceleration re- sponds most sensitively, increased by about 106% ; the change of LTP roll angel responds most sen- sitively, increased by about 61%. Thus, it is possible to control lateral acceleration by monitoringITP abnormal and control roll angel by monitoring LTP abnormality to reduce the risk of car from loss of control. The results can provide a reference for the stability control studies of puncture vehicle.
