摘要
现代造船过程中预舾装的完整性直接影响船舶建造速度,影响坞内建造周期和码头系泊周期;还影响PSPC标准的顺利实施。从VLCC船的大型舾装件入手,研究大型舾装件的预装工艺,论证了大型舾装件安装阶段前移的可行性及其带来的经济效益。
The integrity of pre-outfitting during modem ship building directly affects the construction speed, and influences the periods of in-dock construction and wharf mooring, as well as the successful implementation of PSPC standards. Starting from the large VLCC outfit items, this paper studies the pre-outfitting technique of large outfit items, to demonstrate the feasibility of installation phase advance of large outfit items and its following economical benefits.
