摘要
在云南普洱市思茅区和景洪市普文两地开展不同季节的旱冬瓜扦插试验。结果表明:旱冬瓜不同季节扦插,夏季愈伤组织和不定根出现时间早一些,冬季最迟,春季和秋季居中;旱冬瓜的扦插受季节的影响明显;在普洱市思茅区最适旱冬瓜扦插季节为秋季(9月份);在景洪普文最适旱冬瓜扦插季节为春季(3月份)。
Cutting experiment of Alnus nepalensis under different seasons has been carried out in Puer and Puwen. Results showed that： occurrence time of callus and adventitious root are earlier in summer, spring and autumn are in the middle, and winter is the latest. Effect of season on cutting of Alnus ne palensis was significant, and autumn （September） was the appropriate season for cutting of Alnus nepalensis. The best season for cutting of Alnus nepalensiss was spring in Puer and Puwen.
