摘要
远程教育学习者往往通过同各种课程产品、支持服务、信息系统以及与教师或同学之间的不断互动来完成知识构建。文章认为,远程教育领域的情感化交互设计就是始终关注这些互动情境中学习者复杂的内心体验与思考,关注影响学习者情绪和行为的每一个互动环节,以提升学习者体验为中心,不断引导课程设计、服务设计和系统设计,从而使远程教育学习充满情感化、人性化的美好体验。
Those learners who involved in distance education tend to complete their own construction of knowledge by the constant interaction with the online curriculum products, services, information systems, as well as with teachers or classmates. This article studies suggest that, the emotional interaction design in distance education field is always concerned about the changing and complex learners inner experience and thinking, attention to each interactive sessions that may affect learners' emotional and behavioral, focus on enhance learners experience, in order to guide online curriculum design, service design, system design on an emotional level, thereby makes the whole process of distance education learning experience full of emotion and humanity.
