远程开放大学校训现状研究

校训是一所学校办学理念、人才培养目标、学风校风的集中体现,是立校兴学的有效途径,许多大学也都因此制定了个性鲜明的校训。远程开放大学作为高等教育的重要组成部分,是实现终身学习、构建学习型社会的重要载体,同样需要制定特色十足的校训。统计与分析显示,全国电大系统的校训建设虽然体现出了终身学习的办学理念、学以致用的人才培养目标、乐学致远的治学风气等特色,但也普遍存在普及和重视不够,特色彰显不足、表征陈旧等现象。在广播电视大学向开放大学转型的过程中,各校应更加重视校训价值,突出校训特色、发挥校训功能,以此构建文化底蕴浓厚、校园氛围清新的新型开放大学。

School motto is a concentrated reflection of school-running ideas, talent training goals, and school spirits, which is an effective way of school development. So a lot of schools make distinctive motto. Distance open university, as an important part of higher education, is supporter of realization of lifelong learning, and establishment of learning society, which also needs characteristic school motto. Through the statistics and analysis, school mottoes construction of the TV university system has reflected some characteristic, such as the educational philosophy of lifelong learning, the education goal of learning to practice, learning atmosphere of happy and efficiency and so on. Meanwhile, it still has some disadvantages, including lack of attention and unique style, antiquated expression and so on. On the way of transformation from radio and TV university to open university, every school should pay attention to the construction of school mottoes, and extrude its individual characteristic, and give play to its function, so as to develop new open university with deep culture and thriving atmosphere.
