Teaching Team Construction and Management in RTVU Based on Target Management

教学团队在电大教学中扮演着越来越重要的角色。通过分析电大教学团队具体实施过程中存在的问题,提出应用目标管理理论建设和管理教学团队的思路,从教学团队目标建立、教学团队角色分配、教学团队目标控制、建立完善的教学团队评价体系等方面来应对目前教学团队建设中面临的困境。

The teaching team plays more and more important roles in RTVU teaching. By analyzing the problems in the process of implementing the teaching team, the authors put forward the application of the theory of target management to teaching team construction and management, in order to deal with the difficulties in setting up the current teaching team, this paper presents the goal establishment, the role assignment, the target control, the evaluation system establishment of the teaching team.
