摘要 研究了冷轧加工率与再结晶温度对Cu-15Ni-10Mn合金组织性能的影响以及形变时效工艺对合金力学性能的影响,详细说明了冷轧加工率与再结晶温度的匹配关系和合金形变时效强化机理。实验结果表明:冷轧加工率的增加,可降低Cu-15Ni-10Mn合金发生完全再结晶的温度;通过形变时效处理,合金内部析出MnNi粒子并阻碍晶界和位错运动,可显著提升合金力学性能;合金经加工率为70%的冷轧后,进行400℃保温48h的时效处理,硬度达394HV,抗拉强度大于1000MPa。 The effect of the cold rolling processing rate and the recrystallization temperature on the mierostructure and properties of Cu - 15Ni - 10Mn alloy and the effect of the deformation aging process on the mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The cold rolling processing rate and recrystallization temperature matching ties and deformation aging strengthening mechanism were both elabora- ted. The results show that: the recrystallization temperature of the alloy is decreased with cold rolling processing rate increasing; MnNi particles are precipitated inside the alloy through deformation aging treatment, and hinder the grain boundary and dislocation move- ment, the mechanical properties of the alloy are significantly improved. The alloy's hardness is 394 HV and tensile strength can reach more than 1000 MPa by 70% cold deformation degree of and aging treatment at 400 ℃ × 48h.
