摘要
尾矿的特性直接决定尾矿膏体的质量及输送特性,而在全尾矿高浓度连续充填过程中,由于充填能力和膏体质量的需要,在膏体制备过程中需要在极短时间内实现尾矿的快速沉降,因此,采用絮凝沉降的方法是保证膏体质量,实现溢流澄清,改善充填料浆的输送性能的重要方法。
The quality and transportation characteristics of tailing paste is directly determined by the characteristics of tailings, but in the whole - tailing high density continuous filling process, due to the need to tailings filling capacity and quality of the paste, paste preparation process needs to realize the rapid sedimentation of tailings in a very short time. Therefore, flocculation settling is the impor- tant method to ensure the quality of the paste, realize the overflow clarification and to improve the transportation performance of filling slurry.
