摘要
择业是每个即将步入社会的人第一个重要抉择,尤其是大学生。大学生就业后常出现适应不良带来的心理问题,如果没有及时调整心理适应能力,极可能产生就业心理问题,探析大学生就业心理的特征和提出适当的适应对策,将帮助大学生顺利实现从学生到职业人这一人生转折。
Employment is significant for those stepping into the society in no time, the undergraduates in particular. And the undergraduates are much more likely to have the mental adaptation problems such as discomfort with the job if they do not adjust themselves at the beginning. So this article will probes the characteristics of employment psychology in undergraduates and puts forward some countermeasures to these problems, which will be certain to help the undergraduates with transformation of identity from a student to a worker.
