The Impact of Career Planning Education on Comprehensive Quality Cultivation of the Contemporary College Students

我国从国外引入大学生职业生涯规划教育虽然已有较长时间,但从目前的发展情况来看,大多数高校的大学生职业生涯规划教育都还处在起步阶段。本文从大学生职业生涯规划教育的概念、现状入手,就大学生职业生涯规划教育对培养大学生综合素养的作用,及如何加强和促进大学生高质量的进行就业,进行了深入探讨和分析。

There has been a very long time since the Career Planning Education for College Students （CPECS） was introduced into China, however, so far, this course is still in its initial stage. By briefly introducing the conception and current situation of CPECS, this article makes a deep discussion and analysis on its role in the development of comprehensive quality of college students and provides methods on how to pro- mote the quality of employment of the college students.
