Perfecting Social Security System and Constructing a Peaceful and Harmonious Yunnan

社会保障体系对维护社会安定,促进经济增长和社会进步有十分重要的作用。党的十八大报告提出要全面建成覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系。云南的社会保障体系虽然快速发展,但是也存在问题。应加快建立健全完善的社会保障体系,为构建平安和谐云南打下坚实的基础。

Social security system plays an important role in maintaining social stability and promoting economic growth and social progress. The report of the 18th Party Congress asks to set up a social security system which covers all the urban and rural residents. Though the social security system in Yunnan develops fast, there exist problems, in order to build a solid foundation for a peaceful and harmonious Yunnan, sound and comprehensive social security system should be established rapidly.
