针对贫困大学生存在的内向、自我中心、封闭、被动等人格方面的问题,共情心的培养是一个切入点。从增强对他人想法和心理感受的关注、启发从他人的角度分析人的心理和行为、启发理解他人的心理和行为、鼓励积极表达对人的理解和尊重等方面训练和培养共情心,增强贫困生人格的主动性与开放性,从而增进贫困生与他人的心理相容。

To cultivate empathy is a breakthrough point for overcoming the shortcomings of personality in the poor college students, such as introversion, self-centeredness, autism characteristics, and passivity.
