摘要
针对贫困大学生存在的内向、自我中心、封闭、被动等人格方面的问题,共情心的培养是一个切入点。从增强对他人想法和心理感受的关注、启发从他人的角度分析人的心理和行为、启发理解他人的心理和行为、鼓励积极表达对人的理解和尊重等方面训练和培养共情心,增强贫困生人格的主动性与开放性,从而增进贫困生与他人的心理相容。
To cultivate empathy is a breakthrough point for overcoming the shortcomings of personality in the poor college students, such as introversion, self-centeredness, autism characteristics, and passivity. Psychological compatibility with others will be strengthened by making them more care about other peoples' feeling, analyzing and understanding the others' behaviors from the perspective of others, and encouraging them to express their comprehension and respect and making them to be initiative and open.
