摘要
地方本科院校的主要功能和存在的正当性基础就在于为地方培养贴合需要的人才,但升格后的新建地方本科院校在生源竞争中处于劣势,并存在招生、培养和就业三个环节与地方发展需要相脱离的问题,文章从组织学角度提出了地方本科院校人才培养贴合地方实际需要应该采取的措施,并积极探索建立招生、培养、就业数据化联动机制,为学校发展的战略和规划提供资源支持。
The main functions of local colleges and the reasonable basis of presence lies in training needed talents for local governments, but they are in a position of weakness in students source competition and their recruitment, training and employment divorce from the local needs after promotion. From an organizational point of view, the paper advances measures to make talents training fit the actual local needs, and actively explores the establishment of joint mechanism in recruitment, training and employment data, which provides resources for school development strategies.
