摘要
结合企业的具体实践,提出了应该建立企业文化立体传播系统的观点,给出了企业文化立体传播系统的构建途径,即硬件上要搭建多个传播平台,软件上综合运用多种传播策略。
Based on the practices of enterprises, the paper states that enterprises should set up threedimensional systems for corporate culture communication, and suggests means in this regard, i.e. building multiple communication platforms in terms of hardware, and combining a variety of communication strategies in terms of software.
