摘要
分析了培训跟踪评估的难点及其成因,初步提出了基于行为改变承诺书的跟踪评估以及基于胜任能力模型的跟踪评估两种方法,并对跟踪评估应注意的事项进行总结。
The paper primarily deals with the difficulties in follow-up assessment of training and their causes, and some points for attention. It also initially proposes, on the basis of practical experience, three follow-up assessment methods, i.e. trainees' self-commitment, third-party follow-up assessment, and comparison of behaviors before and after training by using competency models, as well as briefly describes their main procedures.
