摘要
为解决目前培训评估针对性不强、对学用转化推动不够的问题,提出了基于学用转化的培训评估思路,即评估主体多元化、评估内容突出重点、评估方式多样化、改进组织实施。
In view of the ambiguous pertinence of training assessment and the inadequate promotion of knowledge application, the paper proposes the method of making training assessments based on knowledge application, i.e. to choose multiple assessment entities, focus on key assessment aspects, employ a variety of assessment modes, and improve implementation of a:ssessments.
