摘要
根据做好个性化培训的三个前提,即科学论证培训需求、充分把握个体个性和丰富培训资源,"高级管理人才培训"项目组从个性化培训方案制定、培训组织实施、痕迹化管理以及学员分类使用建议几个方面,进行了个性化培训的探索与实践。
On the basis of the three prerequisites for the proper implementation of tailored training, i.e. scientific assessment of training needs, adequate knowledge of individuals' personalities, and availability of abundant training resources, the "Senior Management Personnel Training" project group has been exploring and carrying out tailored training by focusing on such aspects as development of tailored training programs, organization and implementation of training, trace management, and suggestions for dividing trainees into different groups.
