摘要
本文基于对中国石化新的发展目标的要求,紧密结合当前形势的变化和员工思想的新特点,结合工作实践,从内容、载体、方法三个方面提出了解决措施,对创新思想政治工作进行了探索。
In light of the requirements of SINOPEC Group＇s new development objectives as well as changes in current situation and the new features of staff＇s ideologies, the paper proposes, based on practical experience, solutions regarding how to innovate ideological and political work from the three aspects of content, vehicles and methods.
