公共图书馆为“农民工”服务的思考

Thinking on the Service of Public Library for ＂Migrant Workers＂

“农民工”是社会人群的组成部分。公共图书馆坚持“以人为本”，更好地服务“农民工”，不仅体现了图书馆均等服务的精神，更有利于提高公共图书馆的社会价值。加大为“农民工及其子女”的服务投入，提高服务意识，建立完善的服务机制，组成专门的服务部，并广泛联系社会建立服务的网络体系，通过这些举措落实为“农民工”的服务。参考文献4。

＂Migrant worker＂ is an integral part of social groups. Public libraries adhere to the ＂people-orien- ted＂ policy and better serve the ＂migrant workers＂, which not only embodies the spirit of equal library service, but also is conducive to improving the social value of public libraries. This paper proposes that public libraries should in- crease service investment for ＂migrant workers and their children＂, enhance service awareness, improve service mechanism, organize specialized service department and establish social service network system to serve ＂migrant workers＂. 4 Refs.
