A Study on Current Work of Employment Guidance in Vocational Colleges and Relevant Solutions

分析高职院校就业指导工作现状和存在的问题,提出要更新就业指导理念,加大资金投入;丰富就业指导内容,开展全程性的就业教育;注重对职业指导队伍的培养,提高就业指导教师业务素质;引导学生进行职业生涯规划,树立正确的就业观;做好毕业生跟踪调查,健全就业指导信息反馈机制等对策。

Based on the analyses of the current situation and existing problems in the work of employment guidance in vocational colleges, this essay presents such solutions as updating the concept of employment guidance, increasing the funding, enriching the contents of the employment guidance, implementing the whole-course employment educa- tion,emphasizing the cultivation of the employment guidance staff, improving the professional competence of the teaching staff, guiding students in career planing ,helping them establish right employment views ,carrying out follow- up surveys of graduates and perfecting the information feedback mechanism of employment guidance.
