摘要 "融合式"青年教师培养策略包括建设多视角融合课程,改进培训内容与形式,倡导指向问题解决的研修模式全面培养与个体展示相结合,倡导青年教师专业社群培养体系等内容。 "Integration style" strategy for training young teachers means constructing multiple-perspective integrated course, improving training content and forms, advocating research and training mode aimed at problem-solving, combining all-round training with individual display, initiating professional community training system for young teachers, etc.
