摘要
【目的】了解年轻护士的工作压力源。【方法】用护士工作压力源量表对沈阳市某三甲医院的120名护龄10年以内,年龄20~30岁的年轻护士进行调查。【结果】压力源排序为管理及人际关系方面问题、护士专业及工作方面的问题、病人护理方面的问题、工作量及时间分配问题和工作环境及资源方面的问题。其中管理及人际关系方面问题(2.81±0.69)为年轻护士最主要工作压力源,工作总压力(2.52±0.6)程度较高。在35条目中工资及其他的福利待遇低(3.59±0.71)是年轻护士的首位压力源。【结论】对可控性工作压力采取相应措施,减轻护士压力,使护士身心愉悦的投入到工作中,提高护理质量,更好地为患者服务。
[Objective]To understand the source of work pressure of young nurses. [Methods]The scale of the source of worker pressure of nurses was used to investigate 120 young nurses(aged 20~30 years old) with nursing age within 10 years in a tertiary hospital of Shenyang city. [Results]The order of pressure sources was management and interpersonal relationship, nurses" profession and work, the nursing care for patients, work load, time allocation and work environment. Among them, management and interpersonal relationship(2.81 ± 0. 69) were the main source of work pressure of young nurses, and the degree of total work pressure(2.52 ±0.6) was higher. Low wages and welfare benefits(3.59 ± 0.71) were the most important source of work pressure of young nurses. [Conclusion] The corresponding measures should be taken to control the work pressure, reduce the pressure of nurses and make the nurses work happily in order to improve the nursing quality and provide better service for patients.
