1，25-二羟维生素D3水平和瘦素与原发性高血压的关系

摘要 近年来，有大量研究发现瘦素与高血压病有密切的关系，而且最新的研究表明1，25-二羟维生素D3[1，25（OH）2D3]可通过拮抗肾素-血管紧张素醛固酮系统（RAAS）起到降压作用，1，25（OH）2D3还可能通过抑制脂肪组织分泌、减少胰岛素抵抗等途径降低高瘦素血症，而二者的相关性有待进一步研究。笔者就瘦素、1，25（OH）2D3与高血压病三者的关系综述如下。
