基层党风廉政建设作为党的建设的一个重大课题,必须常抓不懈,加强基层党风廉政建设是我们党始终立于不败之地、社会主义江山永不变色的重要保证,是贯穿于党的建设和改革开放全过程的重大历史课题。在充分论证加强基层党风廉政建设的重要性的基础上,细致分析当前基层党风廉政建设中存在的各种问题,深入剖析其中的主要原因,提出关于进一步加强基层党风廉政建设的对策思考,从制度、体制上不断探索新的模式,加大预防腐败力度,从而确保党始终立于不败之地。

The construction of a clean the Party, should be an unremitting effort and honest government in the grass-roots, as a major issue of because it guarantees the invincibility of the Party and the existence of our Socialist country, and is a major historic issue running through the Party＇s construction and the whole process of the Reform and Opening up. Based on a full argumentation on the importance of strengthening a clean government construction in the grass-roots, this article makes a detailed analysis of all kinds of problems existing in the present construction and their main causes, and proposes some corresponding countermeasures in the hope of ensuring the invincibility of the Party by continually exploring new system patterns and making increasing efforts to prevent corruption.
