青刺果分离提取物的抑菌活性研究 被引量:1

On Anti-bacteria Activity of Separation Extracts from Prinsepia Utilis Royle Fruit Meal in Vitro

摘要 目的:探讨青刺果分离提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌3种常见致病细菌的体外抑制作用.方法:应用滤纸片扩散法和微量肉汤稀释法(micro broth dilution)分别检测青刺果分离提取物对试验菌的抑菌圈直径、最低抑菌浓度(Minimum Inhibitory Consistency)以及最低杀菌浓度(Minimum Bactericidal Consistency).结果:青刺果分离提取物经AB-8大孔树脂洗脱后抑菌活性物质富集在30%醇洗部分,对三种标准菌(金葡球菌ATCC25923、大肠杆菌44102、沙门氏菌50041)的抑菌圈直径分别为20.90 mm、19.81 mm、19.53 mm),三种耐药菌(金葡球菌GL17、大肠杆菌EYAC08-56、沙门氏菌STQD2G)的抑菌圈直径分别为17.89mm、19.61mm、17.42 mm,同时,MIC值结果表明大孔树脂洗脱的30%醇洗部分对标准的金葡球菌ATCC25923和大肠杆菌44102的MIC值(12.5 mg/mL、25 mg/mL)是洗脱前对标准的金葡球菌和大肠杆菌MIC值(25 mg/mL、50 mg/mL)的二分之一,对标准沙门氏菌50041的MIC值(25 mg/mL)仅为洗脱前分离提取物对标准沙门氏菌MIC值(100 mg/mL)的四分之一.结论:青刺果分离提取物对标准和耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等6种菌株均有不同程度的抑菌或杀菌能力. Objective: To study the antimicrobial activity of Separation extracts from Prinsepia Utilis Royle Fruit Meal against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and SaLmonella sp. Methods: The antibacterial circle diameter was tested by the method of Paper- dispersion, and the application of micro broth dilution (BMD) de- tected Minimum inhibitory consistency (MIC) and Minimum bactericidal consistency (MBC). Results: Antibac- terial substances of the Separation extracts from Prinsepia Utilis Royle Fruit Meal were enriched in 30% alcohol ex- tract by AB -8 macroporous resin elution. Standard Strains (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, Escherichia co- li44102 and SaLmonella sp50041 ) of antibacterial circle diameter was 20.90 ram, 19.81 mm and 19.53 mm, as for drug- resistant strains, (Staphylococcus aureu GLI7, Escherichia coli EYAC08 -56 and SaLmonella sp, STQD2G ), its antibacterial circle diameter was 17.89mm, 19.61mm and 17.42 mm, respectively. The MIC values of the 30% alcohol extract ( 12.5mg/ml, 25 mg/ml) against Staphylococcus. aureus ATCC25923 and Esche- richia coli44102 were half of Crude extract, SaLmonella sp50041 (25 mg/mL) was one -quarter of Crude extract ( 100 mg/mL). Conclusion: The extracts from Prinsepia Utilis Royle Fruit Meal had different levels of antibacteri- al or bactericidal activity against standards and resistant of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and SaLmonella sp in vitro.
