摘要 在市政工程中,地下管线和桥涵台背回填因作业空间狭小,不易夯击或碾压,施工后达不到规定密实度,容易发生不均匀沉降,达不到道路工程的设计要求,直接影响道路工程的质量和使用寿命,选择轻质、高强、易于施工的台背回填材料是解决上述问题的一种有效方法.对不同比例下固化剂固化粉煤灰的振动特性、力学特性、水稳特性和抗冻性等工程性质进行室内试验研究,此外通过工程实例对其应用效果进行分析.结果表明固化粉煤灰具有质轻、强度高、刚度大、稳定性好、易于振捣施工等优良的工程特性,适合在市政工程构造物台背回填中应用. In municipal works, narrow construction space causes the difficulty in tamping or compacting the backfilling of underground pipelines and bridge abutments. Consequently, the density cannot meet the requirements, which is more likely to cause uneven settlement. The failure of satisfying the road project design requirements directly affects the quality and service life of the roads. To address such issues, the backfilling materials chosen should be light, of high strength and easy to be used in construction. The engineering properties of solidified fly ash such as vibration, mechanics, water stability and frost resistance are tested in laboratories of different proportions of solidified agent. The effects of an engineering project are analyzed and the results show that solidified fly ash is light, of high strength, highly rigid, stable and easy to vibrate construction. Thus, it is perfect to be used in abutment backfilling of municipal work structure and has a broad application prospect.
