浅谈500kV变电(换流)站户外箱柜防潮、防凝露治理

The Protective Measures to Avoid Dampness and Condensation of Outdoor box at 500 kV Transformer Substation

户外端子箱受潮现象频发,引发站内交直流系统绝缘水平下降,严重影响设备安全运行。如何防止户外箱柜内设备受潮引起交直流绝缘下降而导致的设备误动和拒动,从而大力提高设备安全稳定运行,显得极为重要和紧迫。通过十几年来的运行维护经验,笔者从箱柜设计选型、安装施工工艺及日常维护这三个方面入手,取得了很好的治理效果。

The outdoor terminal boxes are affected frequently by humid environment which will directly lead to the decline in insulation level of AC/DC system and abnormal operation of the equipment. Therefore, it is important and urgent to avoid misoperation and strike of the equipment causing by the dampness of outdoor boxes, so as to improve safe and stable operation of the equipment. Learning from more than ten years of maintenance experience, from the perspective of the selection of locker design, installation technology and daily maintenance, the author has achieved good treatment effect.
