摘要
海军某型舰艇在其主动力传动装置中使用GWH6066型船用齿轮箱,几年来对该齿轮箱倒车离合器发生的"搅油"现象进行了连续跟踪监测,通过分析研究,提出相应的一系列改进措施,有效解决了该型齿轮箱存在的类似故障现象,提高了该设备的工作安全可靠性。
One type of the PLA navy ships started using the GWH6066 marine gearbox in the engine gearing system. For years we have continuously supervised the phenomenon of ＂churning lube＂ about the back clutch of marine gearbox. After analysis and research, we put forward a series of ameliorative measures which have resolved the similar problems of the marine gearbox and improved the safety and reliability of the equipments.
