摘要
通过对目前横置变速器的齿轴排布做对比分析,以及对同步器换档冲量的计算,说明变速器齿轴排布和润滑系统的优劣,并提出了一种较合理的齿轴分布和系统润滑方式,对后期的变速器整体设计有着一定的指导作用,并针对目前典型的两腔体变速器的润滑系统改造提供了改造方案。
