摘要
通过汽车滤清器盖顶的实际加工例子,介绍小批量产品的数控加工工艺设计;还对此薄壁件的加工设计了专用夹具,这样更能保证加工精度及其稳定性,同时也提高了加工效率。
The actual processing example based auto fiher cover, introduction of NC machining process design and small batch products; also the thin-walled components machining designing special fixture, this can ensure the machining accuracy and stability, but also improves the machining efficiency.
