摘要
通过对不同产品线的现状工艺分析,经三个月的努力,改进了装配工艺流程,找到了一条适用的装配工艺路线,并使之兼顾各车型的生产需求,达到了提升生产效率,改良资源配置的效果,并形成了相互和谐的生产运行环境。
