摘要
为研究合金钢材料脆性破碎规律,对合金钢试件破碎过程进行数值模拟和仿真。按照试件不同状况建立模型,分析在相同约束时的模型网格、应力波变化和内部阻力加速度、能量转化等因素,得到不同脆性带对破碎结果的影响,取得结论且通过实验印证,为实际加工提供了理论依据。
In order to study the rule of the projectile-material brittle broken, the subject make a series of simulation on the broken process of alloy-specimen.Establish the model in accordance with the different status.At the same time, analyze the change under the same constraints and load to concrete analyze all models' change of grid, stress, drag acceleration and energy conversion, different brittleness bring different influence to the results of the fracture and conclusions. Providing a theoretical basis for the actual processing through experimental verification.
