《三五七言》诗是李白的一首杂言诗,体式风格接近汉魏古乐府,过去一些人把此诗断为隋代诗人郑世翼之作,是因文献传抄过程中带来的作者归属的错误。它是一篇言情之作,主要内容是闺中望远,辞意和体制都脱胎于晋无名氏乐府《休洗红》,音律繁复,情辞哀怨,为乐府精品。由于其内容形式上的开创性,此诗在唐宋元明清引来众多的拟作,在清代还被当成词调对待,视为唐人创制的词之一体,可见其典范性。

The Three -five -seven character Poem ,which had been regarded by mistake as Zhen Shiyig poem in Sui Dynasty for its style close to Yuefu Poem of Han and Wei Dynasty, is a mixed - character poem of Li Bai. This poem, which tells a love story which expresses a restricted woman＇s longing for her lover, is embodied with complex music and sad theme, and is reviewed as one of masterpieces of Yue Fu poetry, with its meaning and style originated from ＂Xiu Xi Hong＂ by an unknown writer of Jin Dynasty. Its unique choice of content has attracted many followers to imitate in Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Even in Qing Dynasty, this poem was respected to be a classical in poetry music, which reveals its uniqueness in Ci poetry of Tang Dynasty.
