摘要
针对汽车零件的成型工艺及产品性能,应用Moldflow的MPI模块进行了模拟分析。结果表明通过模拟计算,可最大限度消除产品设计、模具设计及产品注塑成型过程中可能出现的不足,取代传统的反复试模、修模等过程,从而降低产品制造成本,缩短产品开发周期。
According to the forming process of automobile parts and the properties of products, this paper makes a model analysis of the Moldflow's MPI modules. The results show that the plastic simulation calculation may maximize the elimination of deficiencies that may occur in the product design, mold design and plastic injection molding process, and replace the traditional process of repeated test mode and mode-repair, so that to reduce manufacturing costs and shorten product development cycles.
