摘要
普通物理实验教学创新的重要方略,一是掌握学生心态,搭建实验心理平台;二是打破传统方法,实行宽严并举;三是根据个别差异,进行因才施教;四是教师坚持率先垂范,实行教学民主.
The importantstrategies to carry outteaching innovation in fundamental physical experiments are：firstly,teachers should grasp students’ psychology and then set up a psychological platform for them;secondly, teachers should break the traditional ways and combine gentlenesswith strictness;thirdly,teachers should always set good examples for students and carry out democratic teaching.
