从推演继续教育模式概念入手,然后,从专业化视角对教练员继续教育模式的构成要素进行阐述,进而提出构建以体育院校主导为空间特征,以主题为载体,以专业成长为目标的教练员继续教育模式体系。

Using the methods of logical analysis,the paper analyzed the competences structure for a model of continuous education of coaches form the visual angle of professionalizatin.It has formed the model system of continuing education of sports coaches embodied with sports college-led spacial feature,the theme for the carrier,professional growth for the goal.
