摘要
分析了美国非裔女作家爱丽丝·沃克的小说《现在是你敞开心扉之际》,探讨了作者的妇女主义宗教观。小说通过人物不同命运轨迹的发展和意识的觉醒,表现了作者妇女主义宗教观对西方白人上帝的颠覆,对万物有灵、尊重女性、人与人以及人与自然命运相连的极大关注。爱丽丝·沃克敬畏自然的原始宗教观,对净化人的心灵、回归人性之美具有积极的意义。
This paper probes into Alice Walker＇s view of religion through her latest novel Now Is the Time to Open Your Heart. By depicting different fates of characters and their awakening awareness, Walker o- verthrows the traditional image of white God and expresses her reverence for nature, women as well as great attention toward the connection between men and nature. Her view of religion has positive effect on purifying man＇s minds and humanity.
