摘要
通过追溯西方广播电视公共服务理念、规制模式和政策范式的嬗变,反思广播电视公共服务的利弊,以此为基础,对我国广播电视公共服务的重构提出一些意见和建议。
Clarifying the origin of TV and broadcasting public service in the West, its regulating modes and evolution of policy paradigms, this paper reflects on its advantages and disadvantages. On such a basis, it puts forward suggestions for the reconstruction of TV and broadcasting public service in China.
