碳掺杂量对C-Ce-TiO_2光催化活性的影响

摘要 以钛酸丁酯、四丁基氢氧化铵、硝酸铈为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成C-Ce-TiO2光催化剂,经XRD、UV-Vis-DRS表征,在9 W日光灯照射下光催化降解农药。结果表明:随着碳掺杂量的增加,微晶粒径减小、禁带能隙降低、对农药的光催化活性增大。 Tetrabutyl titanate, tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide and cerous nitrate were used as reactants to synthesize doped titania with carbon and cerous (C-Ce-TiO2) having photocatalysis by sol and gel methods. The crystalline structure of C-Ce-TiO2 was determined by using XRD and UV-Vis-DRS. And the C-Ce-TiO2 was employed for the photocatalytic degradation of pesticides under irradiation of 9W lamplight. The results indicated that the size of crystal C-Ce-TiO2 particles lessened, its band gap decreased and the activity ofphotocatalyzing degradation to pesticide increased when increasing the content of carbon.
