摘要
为探索蓝花参(Wahlenbergia marginata(Thunb.)A.DC.)内生真菌的种类,对蓝花参植物的茎、叶进行内生真菌的分离纯化,获得10株内生真菌,表明蓝花参内生真菌的多样性较为丰富;其中产孢特征明显的4株经形态学鉴定分别属于大果粗孢曲霉属(Lilliputia Boud.et Pat.)、链格孢属(Alternaria Nees)、裂殖酵母属(Schizosaccharomyces Linder)和双足囊菌属(Dipodascus Lagerh.)。
10 strains of endophytic funguses were separated from the stems and the leaves of Wahlenbergia marginata (Thtmb.)A. DC.in order to explore its species. The results showed that the endophytie funguses of Wahlenbergia marginata own a great variety of diversity,which 4 strains were classified into Lilliputia Boud. et Pat., Alternaria Nees, Schizosaccharornyces Linder and Dipodascus Lagerh. based on morphological characters.
