小麦籽粒受激BPE信号频域特性分析

摘要 研究小麦籽粒受激BPE信号的频域分析方法.针对不同生产年限小麦籽粒的水激和光照延迟发光信号,依次进行去除仪器本底噪声、去除信号直流分量和小波降噪等处理,进而通过傅里叶分析方法得到其频谱.通过分析、对比频谱的峰值频率点幅值、频谱重心频率和分频段频谱幅值所占比重等参数,达到了区分不同生产年限小麦籽粒的目的.从生物光子学角度为区分粮食作物的新陈度提供一个新的思路. This paper studied a frequency domain analysis method of stimulated BPE signal of wheat grains. Wheat grains of different production years were stimulated by water excitation and deferred lighting to obtain optical signals;and the optical signals were subjected to instrument background noise removal,signal DC component removal,and wavelet denoising treatment,and then treated by Fourier analysis method to obtain the spectra. The wheat grains of different production years could be distinguished by analyzing the spectrum amplitude at the peak frequency point,the spectrum center frequency,and the proportions of fractional and sectional spectrum amplitudes. This paper provided a new ideal for determining the freshness of food crops from the perspective of biophotonics.
