摘要
采用浸渍法制备Ni-Cr-Co -Mo -K/硅藻土系列液相醛加氢催化剂 ,该催化剂具有特殊的孔径分布 ,对辛烯醛加氢具有高活性和高选择性。对比评价表明 ,自制的催化剂活性及选择性高于进口的液相醛加氢催化剂。通过调整载体孔径分布 ,可提高或降低最佳操作温度 ,且在较高的温度下 ,仍具有高选择性。
A Ni-Cr-Co-Mo-K/diatomite catalyst with special pore distribution for hydrogenating aliphatic unsaturated aldehyde in liquid phase was prepared by impregnation method.The results obtained from comparison tests with imported catalysts show that the catalyst has higher activity and selectivity.Adjusting the pore distribution of supports,we can either increase or decrease the best operating temperature.Even at high temperature,the selectivity still remains high enough.
