神经外科重症监护病房中心静脉置管相关性深静脉血栓54例分析 被引量：10

摘要 目的研究我院神经外科重症监护病房(neurosurgical intensive care unit,NICU)中心静脉置管相关性深静脉血栓(CVC-related DVT)的发病特点。方法回顾性分析我科2009-2012年NICU中心静脉置管病例的CVC-related DVT发生情况,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果研究期间共有304例患者行中心静脉置管,110例符合条件入选本研究,其中54例发生CVC-related DVT,总体发生率为49.1%,置管时间为16 h至24 d,平均置管时间为7.67 d。其间,导管堵塞2例,导管脱落3例,无置管相关死亡病例。高龄可能是CVC-related DVT发生的危险因素。结论 NICU的CVC-related DVT发生率高,出现时间早,进展迅速,对置管患者早期进行彩超检测并加强局部护理,可有效减少症状性血栓发生率及严重并发症。
