摘要
研究了脱铝超稳Y沸石催化环己酮与乙二醇的缩酮化反应 ,考察了催化剂硅铝比、催化剂用量、反应物配比、带水剂和反应时间等对缩酮化反应的影响。结果表明 ,在催化剂硅铝摩尔比为 1 0 99、催化剂质量分数为反应物的4 % ,n(酮 ) /n(醇 )为 1 / 1 6时 ,以苯作溶剂 ,反应 4 0min ,缩酮产率达 93 2 % ,催化剂可重复使用。
In this paper,the ketalization of cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol catalyzed by dealuminated USY was studied.The influence of silica/alumina in the catalyst,catalyst amount,reactant ratio,water-carrying agents and reaction time on the reaction was investigated.The most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows:SiO_2/Al_2O_3 molar ratio of catalyst 10.99,mass ratio of catalyst to reactants 4%,water-carrying agent benzene,and reaction time 40 min.The yield was up to 93.2%,and the catalyst was reusable.
