摘要
近年来,细胞周期同步化在肿瘤药理研究方面得到广泛的应用,提供了新颖的思路。该文结合近年来的相关文献,从肿瘤药理学角度,对细胞周期同步化的方法、分类、应用及同步化方法的对比等方面进行简略阐述,为今后的研究提供参考。
In recent years, cell cycle synchronization has been widely used in the research of cancer pharmacology, which gives us a novel idea. This paper has reviewed the cell cycle synchroni- zation methods, classification, contrast and application from theperspective of cancer pharmacology.
