摘要
塑料模板以质量轻、耐腐蚀性好、重复使用次数多等优点,深受工程界的欢迎.这种新型模板推广应用的关键是选择何种支承方法和如何确定支承位置.对现浇钢筋混凝土板的塑料模板支承进行研究,选择线性支承体系,并用薄板有限元方法进行数值分析,编制设计软件,可大大提高塑料模板支承的设计精度和速度,便于工程应用.
It is well known that plastic template is popularized in engineering for its advantages of low density, good corrosion resistance and high reused frequency. The keypoints of promoting the application of this new template are the method of supporting and supporting strategy. The paper makes a research on plastic template of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab with linear supporting system, conducts a numerical analysis in thin slab finite-element theory,and works out a design program which can improve design precision and efficiency and is convenient for engineering application.
