摘要
根据烟气烘炉重点环节——温升曲线的现状及存在问题,通过理论分析并结合以往大型循环流化床锅炉烘炉工作的实践经验,在保证烘炉质量的基础上,提出更科学、合理、优化的温升曲线,实现高效、节能的目的.在优化的温度控制条件下,对烘干的试块进行实验检测,结果表明试块物理性能、含水率均能满足标准要求.该成果在后期烘炉工作实践中,有效缩短了烘炉时间,减少了能源投入,取得了良好的效果.
According to the current situations and problems in the key-point temperature rising curve of the flue gas oven,the paper aims to provide more scientific and reasonable temperature rising curve to ensure the oven quality with high efficiency and energy saving. The optimized temperature rising curve is proposed based on the theoretical analysis and practical exercise in the previous circulating fluidized bed boiler oven. The experimental tests on the samples baking at the optimized temperature show that the physical property and moisture content meet the standard. The result is helpful to decreasing the oven time and saving the energy.
