肾窦异位肾上腺皮质腺瘤诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of ectopic adrenocortical adenoma of the renal sinus

目的:提高对肾窦肿瘤及异位肾上腺病变的认识。方法:2011年7月我院收治1例男性肾窦异位肾上腺皮质腺瘤患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,同时结合文献进行讨论。结果:术后普切及免疫组化考虑异位肾上腺皮质腺瘤。随访1年,患者临床症状消失,肿瘤未见复发。结论:肾窦肿瘤及成人异位肾上腺临床少见。影像学检查对明确诊断有一定帮助,最终需病理资料确诊。

Objective： To improve the knowledge of renal sinus tumour and ectopic adrenal tissue. Method： A case of a 44-year-old male with a right adrenocortical adenoma situated in the renal sinus was administered in July 2011. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed the related literature was reviewed. Result： Postoperative pathological examination and immunohistochemical studies revealed ectopic adrenocortical adenoma. After one-year follow-up, the patient was clinically asymptomatic and there was no evidence of metastasis or recurrence. Conelu- sion： Renal sinus tumour is rare and ectopic adrenal tissue is less common in adults. Imaging examinaiton is help- ful in diagnosis. Nevertheless, final diagnosis relies on pathological data.
